We believe that victims are best supported when prosecutors, civil attorneys, and advocates all work together. Often, they can get siloed, and victims can get confused about who does what and what is happening between different cases. Through our legal advocacy and education, we're working to create more collaboration between the civil and criminal justice systems šŸ¤ Thanks for having us, National District Attorneys Association!

Most adults age 50+ are active online, but our research finds that digital confidence drops with certain online activities, and those gaps widen with age.

When it comes to many day-to-day online activities, confidence among older adults is high: 93% of adults age 50+ feel confident finding health information online, and 91% feel confident using online banking. But confidence is lower for other tasks, such as:

• Using video calls for telehealth
• Identifying online scams or fraud

And age is a factor, too. Confidence in spotting scams falls from 88% among adults ages 50–64 to 74% among those 65+, while confidence using telehealth video calls drops from 92% to 77%.

These findings highlight an opportunity to help older adults build the skills and confidence to navigate an increasingly digital world: http://spr.ly/6180B1FlOa
