Some leaders earn their seat at the table by making sure others have one, too.

LE&C is proud to congratulate Shelly Thomas, this year’s Seat at the Table Award winner!

With more than 20 years of experience in wholesale operations, sales, and partnership development, Shelly has become a trusted and respected voice in the energy and convenience industry. Through her work at H&S Energy and her involvement with ECAN and CFCA, she consistently brings valuable insight, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to strengthening our industry.

Shelly shows up, contributes, and helps ensure the people around her feel heard and included. Her leadership and dedication represent everything this award was created to recognize.

When she is not building lasting partnerships, you can find Shelly hiking, golfing, or spending time with her grandson.

Congratulations, Shelly! You have more than earned your seat at the table.

Twenty-five years later, the memory of September 11, 2001, remains with us.

Today, ECAN joins communities across Nevada and our nation in honoring the lives taken too soon, the first responders who answered without hesitation, and the countless individuals whose courage and compassion carried others through an unimaginable day.

We remember the strength we found in one another and honor their legacy by continuing to serve our communities with unity and care.

Never forget.
