Bridges of Hope – Connecting individuals and families that are facing life challenges with services and resources like housing navigation, medical care, clothing, food, school supplies, and daily life equipping tools, all guided by the care of a compassionate Care Navigator. Future Story Workshops – Equipping people with tools and strategies for a thriving future, all within the support of community and connection with others who are walking the same path. Pray Shasta – Hosting monthly prayer events throughout our region and uniting churches across Shasta County to join in pray for our community.
