Last week, our CEO, Michelle Madden, and Finance Manager, Rachelle, attended the Brady Ware Women’s Leadership Conference. It was a day filled with incredible insights on courage, building relationships, and showing up as your true, authentic self.

Kerrii Anderson’s message really resonated with our team: “If you don't speak up, you won't be heard.” 🗣️

We are so grateful to have leaders who are committed to lifelong learning and bringing those insights back to our organization. Thank you to Brady Ware & Company for hosting such an inspiring event that challenged us to think bigger and aim higher! 🚀💜

For many of the individuals we support, a favorite stuffed animal is more than just a toy - it’s a trusted companion, a safety net, and a source of grounding during the day.

We love seeing the way these special friends provide comfort, calm, and a sense of security. Whether it’s helping navigate a new environment or just offering a quiet moment of peace, these companions are a vital part of the authentic joy we see every day at Epic.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. We are proud to honor the tools - and the companions - that make our individuals feel right at home. 🏔️💜

Who knew breakfast could double as art? Our individuals had a blast getting crafty this week, using cereal to create some rainy day scenes that blossomed into beautiful flowers! 🌧️🌻

It was an extraordinary way to spend the day, filled with lots of laughter and Epic energy. We love seeing the creative sparks fly - this is definitely a masterpiece we’re proud to display! 🏔️🎨

We're back today with another ! Today we're introducing you to Sam, one of our residential supervisors (RS). In two years, Sam has worked her way from a DSP to a RS and never falls short of making sure the individuals feel safe, seen, and supported. Sam, thank you for your dedication to our individuals and for all that you do!
