What a morning! A standing room only audience joined us for Networking Unplugged: Morning Edition last week, creating a room full of candid conversations and great energy.

Industry leaders from brands and agencies came together for an unscripted discussion on what makes successful partnerships work, tackling topics like AI, performance, attention, transparency, and radical collaboration.

A standout theme was hearing how legacy brands like Ulta Beauty, Wendy’s, and Molson Coors continue to reinvent themselves, stay culturally relevant, and connect with new generations while maintaining the trust they’ve built over decades.

What happens when you put ambitious women around a table with great conversation, a welcoming atmosphere, and a shared desire to connect?

You get SheMeets.

Throughout May, members gathered in Chicago, New Jersey, New York, and Atlanta for evenings (and brunches!) filled with networking, career conversations, new friendships, and plenty of inspiration.

From discussing career pivots and the impact of AI to sharing favorite She Runs It experiences and planning future event attendance, each gathering reinforced what makes this community so special: women showing up for one another.

We loved seeing familiar faces, welcoming new members, and hearing that these local meetups inspired many attendees to get even more involved with She Runs It.

In a world where AI can access any information about anything, Mike Alvarez, SVP of Agency Partnerships at NBCUniversal , reminded us that the one thing no machine can replace is EQ. At the She Runs It. He Gets It. panel, he spoke about how emotional intelligence is the new currency. Especially as we lean more and more on technology to do the thinking for us.
