Lindsey Gui, part of our Next Generation Leaders mentorship and professional development program, oversees strategy, business development, and financial planning for Warner Bros. Pictures Animation’s feature animation slate.
While she initially began her career in investment banking, she transitioned to Warner Bros. in the early 2010s and has been working on the studio’s most iconic franchises for over a decade. In her career, she’s learned the importance of staying curious and learning to define success on one’s own terms.
In her words, “Don't be afraid to bring your whole self to work and have confidence in what you bring to the table. People want to hear your perspective. Stay curious, keep learning, and always look for ways to add value. Most importantly, don't wait for someone else to invite you in. Build the community you want to be part of, and support others along the way.”
