Tree of Life is a Christian 501(c)(3) organization with a simple purpose to reach out to the poor and needy in our community with the love of Jesus Christ.

Our path encompasses 5 areas of need: Food, Lifeskills, Shelter, Healthcare and Relief. Tree of Life was born out of the Church, is supported by the Church and it is doing Christ’s work on earth. Although our help comes without any religious strings attached, we believe that both the journey of life and the Tree of Life begin with Jesus Christ. NEED HELP? If you are in need of help, we’d like to talk to you! Please call 540-441-7920 and let us know your need. Our caring, kind and considerate phone staff will pray for your need and assist you in processing your request. We have centers in Purcellville, Leesburg, and Sterling.

Did you know that Tree of Life provides financial coaching classes?

Multiple 6-week sessions are held throughout the year and offered to those seeking financial assistance from Tree of Life. The classes give attendees the opportunity to gain a better understanding of their financial situation, address budgeting, and start working on savings and improving their situation.

This volunteer lead course is now in English and Spanish and making a huge impact for those we serve:

"One of the things that stood out to me was being more intentional with planning, budgeting, and looking ahead instead of only responding to immediate needs. The class challenged me to think about financial habits more clearly and to keep building consistency... I’m thankful for the encouragement and support, and I pray God continues to bless this ministry and the families it serves."

Financial coaching is just one of the ways Tree of Life is providing a "hand up" to those in need locally.
