Tree of Life Tree of Life is a Christian 501(c)(3) organization with a simple purpose to reach out to the poor and needy in our community with the love of Jesus Christ.

Our path encompasses 5 areas of need: Food, Lifeskills, Shelter, Healthcare and Relief. Tree of Life was born out of the Church, is supported by the Church and it is doing Christ’s work on earth. Although our help comes without any religious strings attached, we believe that both the journey of life and the Tree of Life begin with Jesus Christ. NEED HELP? Last week, we partnered with MASE Faith Foundation to provide much needed pantry staples for local families over the summer.

Our Food Pantry team in Eastern Loudoun was able to help MASE feed 60 families from Riverbend Middle School - providing nearly 1,500 pounds of food including basic needs like cereal, rice, sugar, beans - and much more! MASE was also able to give each of the children in these families a new backpack for the coming school year.

We are so grateful for the partnership with MASE and the opportunity to work together to fight food insecurity in this community.

On Saturday, we provided 24 children in Eastern Loudoun with free dental care.

Working with a local public high school, the teens and their siblings received much needed dental cleanings and check-ups, thanks to the support of Dental Innovations of Virginia – Drs. Joon and Julie Coe – and their mobile dental clinic.

Hosted in Leesburg at Destiny Church, these families were also provided follow-up information, dental supplies, prayer, and an opportunity to learn more about the resources Tree of Life can provide.

We are so grateful to be a part of this collaborative effort and make an impact for local families!

Tree of Life was grateful to be a part of the recent Faith Summit on homelessness hosted by Real Armored Women (RAW).

Our CEO, Susannah DeBose Lee, was a panelist and shared Tree of Life’s ongoing work in transitional housing, rental assistance, and other areas of service that help those facing housing insecurity and homelessness.

Collaboration between nonprofits, the county, schools, and the church community is vital to helping support our neighbors in need and we want to thank RAW for hosting this important event.

While the number of individuals facing homelessness is lower in Loudoun than in other jurisdictions, the most recent count shows that they’re trending up. On Thursday, many of the county’s
