HeroHomes is a 501c3 foundation established to build homes for those who have fought for our country.

HeroHomes is a 501(c)3 not for profit foundation established to build houses for those who have fought for the preservation of freedom and democracy for others. These deserving vets and their families cannot regain what they lost defending our country, but we can give them a new start in building a solid foundation for their future and the dignity of an independent life in a wonderful small town community setting. We provide the opportunity for disabled veterans to rejoin society with the security and pride of homeownership.

What. A. Day. 🇺🇸⛳️

The 6th Annual SPC Stephen L. Mace Memorial Golf Classic was one for the books - and we wanted to share a little taste of a great event!

From the Presentation of Colors and National Anthem to 36 teams filling the course, incredible sponsors and vendors, a packed live auction, and a community that showed up ready to give - September 28, 2026 was a beautiful reminder of what happens when community comes together around a mission that matters.

We are excited to welcome back Pine Ridge Landscaping for their second year supporting the SPC Stephan L. Mace Golf Classic benefitting HeroHomes!

Owned by Purcellville native Keith Mainland, Pine Ridge is sponsoring our Welcome Breakfast, fueling our golfers for a full day of golf, giving, and making an impact for our nation’s veterans.

Their support of HeroHomes goes well beyond tournament day. Pine Ridge is also a valued HeroHomes build partner, generously donating landscaping services to our home builds and helping us create beautiful places for our veterans and their families to call home.

There is something especially meaningful about local businesses and local leaders continuing to show up for veterans right here in our community. We are grateful to Keith and the entire Pine Ridge team for another year of support! 🇺🇸

We’re excited to bring the Long Range Air Cannon Hole to this year’s Stephan L. Mace Golf Classic — and even more excited to welcome GregCo as its inaugural sponsor!

It’s interactive, competitive, a little unexpected, and guaranteed to bring some energy to the course — which, if you know GregCo founder Greg Monahan, makes this sponsorship a pretty perfect match. 🤝🏽

Greg has built a career in sales around relationships, introductions, and bringing the right people together. Through GregCo, he’s turned that talent into a consulting organization focused on creating high-level connections and meaningful referrals between executives.

Greg is also a longtime friend of our tournament organizers and HeroHomes board members, and a tremendous supporter of our country, our veterans, and the mission behind this tournament.

“I’m honored to sponsor the Stephan Mace Tournament. Stephan’s sacrifice, and the sacrifices of so many others, remind us that freedom comes at an extraordinary cost. Supporting HeroHomes is one small way I can say thank you — not only by remembering those we have lost, but by helping provide wounded veterans and their families with a place to call home, heal, and build their next chapter.”

Thank you, Greg and GregCo, for jumping in on something new this year and making the 6th Annual Stephan L. Mace Golf Classic even more memorable. 🇺🇸

Local roots. Lasting impact. 🇺🇸

LAVA Technology Services is more than a longtime supporter of HeroHomes - it’s a fellow Loudoun owned and operated business led by someone who grew up in the very community we serve. Year after year, Jake Jansen and the LAVA team continue to give back, helping us build homes for our nation’s heroes: 100% disabled veterans.

As Jake shared:

“There is no amount of money, gesture, or even a home that could ever truly repay the men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom… I’m incredibly proud to build LAVA in the same town that helped shape me… HeroHomes embodies exactly what that looks like, and we’re honored to play a small part in their mission.”

To the LAVA team, thank you for your unwavering generosity and for investing in the community that helped shape you. Support from local businesses like yours is what makes HeroHomes possible, and we’re incredibly grateful to have you standing beside our team year after year!

A huge thank you to the Blue Ridge Middle School CTE class for raising and donating more than $650 to HeroHomes through their football game s’mores kit sales and handmade gnome fundraiser featuring the slogan, “Buy a Gnome, Build a Veteran a Home.”

We are incredibly proud of these students for their creativity, generosity, and willingness to step up for a cause bigger than themselves. Their support makes a real impact on local veterans and families in need of housing.

HeroHomes Board President, Sam Chapman, and Marketing Director, Brittany Patten, had the opportunity to visit the class and share what their involvement means to our mission and community.

The future is bright with young leaders like these! 🇺🇸
