These deserving vets and their families cannot regain what they lost defending our country, but we can give them a new start in building a solid foundation for their future and the dignity of an independent life in a wonderful small town c

ommunity setting. We provide the opportunity for disabled veterans to rejoin society with the security and pride of homeownership.

A huge thank you to the Blue Ridge Middle School CTE class for raising and donating more than $650 to HeroHomes through their football game s’mores kit sales and handmade gnome fundraiser featuring the slogan, “Buy a Gnome, Build a Veteran a Home.”

We are incredibly proud of these students for their creativity, generosity, and willingness to step up for a cause bigger than themselves. Their support makes a real impact on local veterans and families in need of housing.

HeroHomes Board President, Sam Chapman, and Marketing Director, Brittany Patten, had the opportunity to visit the class and share what their involvement means to our mission and community.

The future is bright with young leaders like these! 🇺🇸
