Grateful to the Medina Health Center team for organizing a fantastic partners breakfast focused on enhancing our communities for all.
Together with multiple partners, our aim is to enhance health outcomes for underprivileged patients, enabling them to focus on their healing journey.
Yesterday, TASK CEO Amy Flynn and Chief Development Officer Michelle Wexler were pleased to be a part of Medina Health Center's Partner Breakfast. Alongside community partners like Isles, Axiom REACH Foundation, Trent Center East and West, and Greater Mount Zion AME Church Trenton, we learned more about Medina's free services and discussed opportunities to work together to ensure greater access to healthcare for underserved patients across the Trenton area.
Medina, which was established in 2014 and opened the doors to its Olden Avenue clinic this past December, is providing primary care and specialty referrals (including oncology, optometry, dentistry and more) to low-income and uninsured patients.
The focus of yesterday's breakfast centered on increasing access to quality care and helping individuals across the Trenton area improve their physical health. Good nutrition is a key component to healthy living, and TASK is pleased to continue to partner with organizations like Medina and its partners to achieve our mission to provide nourishing meals, enhance self-sufficiency and improve quality of life.
