We are pleased to announce that Melissa Zinkin and Tim Jankowiak will be the next NAKS President and Vice President. They will begin their three-year term starting July 1, 2026. Join us this Friday, April 10th, for the NAKS Office Hours event held in conjunction with the Pacific APA! This online event is a great opportunity for early career scholars working on Kant related topics to engage with leading senior scholars in the field.
Our senior scholars will be: Pauline Kleingeld (Groningen), Karl Schafer (UT Austin), and Rachel Zuckert (Northwestern)!

The schedule will run as follows in Pacific Time:
* 09:00 to 10:00 am: Reserved for scheduled appointments. These sessions are now full, and those selected have been notified directly.
* 10:00 to 10:30 am: Unscheduled walk ins.
* 10:30 to 11:30 am: Open panel discussion on publishing.

Dear NAKS Members,

It is time to elect a new President and Vice-President for a three-year term starting July 1st. This is a final reminder that there are only two days left to cast your ballot.

Thank you for all your nominations! From that pool, we have found three people willing to run for election to take on the duties of running NAKS: Melissa Zinkin for President, and Tim Jankowiak and Lara Ostaric for Vice President.

NAKS Pacific APA Online Office Hours - April 8 - 12

At the initiative of Colin Marshall and Joe Stratmann, NAKS will be offering Online Office Hours in conjunction with and during the Pacific APA, in which junior Kant scholars who would like advice on early work, on publishing, or other matters can meet with senior scholars in the field.
