We're launching the Public Pharma Mobilization Cohort: 5 sessions of training and action, mid-September through World Diabetes Day. You'll learn the fundamentals of public pharma manufacturing, build your storytelling skills, and join a coordinated push for insulin access equity. No policy background needed.

Insulin and diabetes supplies are controlled by a small handful of manufacturers. That monopoly drives up prices, limits supply, and leaves millions of people rationing the medicine they need to survive. It doesn't have to be this way.

Public pharmaceutical manufacturing is a real solution. When governments and public institutions produce essential medicines like insulin, prices come down and supply becomes more stable.
