Federal Workers’ Fight Against Privatization and Union Busting

Thursday, September 17, 6:30-8:30pm

Tabor Space, 5441 SE Belmont St

The amazing Suzanne Gordon and Steve Early have a new book out: “Courage or Complicity? How Veterans are Responding to the Assault on Democracy.” To celebrate, we will be talking about the assault on the federal workforce and federal unions!

Steve and Suzanne are both fierce activists and journalists that have spent years understanding the attacks on Veterans and Veteran systems like the VA. They will join us in Portland 09/17 6:30-8:30pm at Tabor Space to host a public forum on Federal Workers’ Fight Against Privatization and Union Busting.

You’ll hear from Steve, Suzanne, local activists and federal workers. A fundraiser will be held for Portland FUN, though no minimum donation is required. Meet two labor rights/anti-privatization legends and support your local Federal Unionist Network hub.

This event is co-sponsored by PDX FUN, AFGE local 2157, Portland Jobs with Justice, About Face, Veterans for Peace and Code Pink Portland.
