This week we caught up with Isabella Falco and PWAAC member Pat Cash, proudly holding the beautiful crocheted baby blankets they've made to donate to NYU Langone Health NICU Mineola and Petals of Light. Each one thoughtfully made to wrap tiny newborns in warmth and comfort. 🍼✨

Leg warmers, flashes of neon and killer air bands. We went right back to the 1980s with a little nod to our FABULOUS 80-something members.

Biggest thanks to all of our party helper volunteers for set up, serving, picture taking and clean up. Gino's of Manhasset for the delicious pasta Farfalle, our very own Barbara for the yummy homemade salad & dessert, and of course the wonderful Peter & Jeri Dejana Foundation, for once again bringing happiness and community spirit to our center with their generosity.

Happiest birthday to everyone in the 80s club. Thank you for celebrating with us. 🎊

Huge shoutout to our member Bernard FitzGerald Jr. for taking on the Westport Weston Family YMCA Point to Point Compo Beach Swim on July 25th. Bernie completed the 1-Mile Open swim with a time of 1:00:04, finishing 18th in the M 60-69 age group out of a competitive field.

Open water swimming takes serious grit, discipline, and heart, Bernie brought all three to the beach. Way to represent, Bernie! We are so proud of you.🌊πŸ’ͺ
