An upcoming fundraiser benefits the foundation named in memory of a beloved local nurse.

Organizers are gearing up for the sixth-annual Lauralee S. Krabill Nursing Foundation tailgate event from 9 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12 in downtown Sandusky. Yesterday we remember the life Lauralee lived, as it has been 5 years since she went to heaven.

Thankful we can continue to life out her legacy with this foundation.
