Get These Essential Things Done In 2026
Think “Constant Cash Flow!” Always always always have money coming in from multiple sources. Never ever ever rely solely upon a job alone.
1. Get a real estate license. Not to be a realtor, but to be a real estate entrepreneur, baby! Thank me later. Or at the minimum, at the very least, invest in REITS (real estate investment trusts). Please listen to what I’m trying to tell you. ✅
2. Set up an LLC✅
3. Set up an S-Corp or C-Corp✅
4. Get a Passport. Get TSA Pre-Check. Get Global Entry. ✅
5. Get an MWBE certification. Also, register with the SBA (Small Business Administration as a Black vendor - get done of those lucrative federal contracts and set-asides! If you don’t ASK, you don’t GET!✅
6. Make residual and passive income as an Amazon Affiliate✅
7. Register a 501c3 tax-exempt entity in South Dakota and also in both Delaware and Nevada - and register as a no -profit and get those grants! If you don’t ASK, you don’t GET!✅
8. Get an F.E.I.N. Tax ID Number from the IRS!✅
9. Invest in Dividend-paying stocks. Invest in Ethereum, Lithium, crude oil and mining. But also please diversify your assets and hold Gold, precious metals in a safe deposit box or secure, fire-proof vault at home. ✅
