I am reaching out to Alternative / Recovery Housing Services Providers, to find out if you are interested in expanding your services by acquiring the The BakerWellsHouse property, at 6527 Meadow Street in Pittsburgh's East End.
We have been using the property for the purposes of: "RoomsforRecovery" at the BakerWellsHouse, Alternative / Recovery Housing, Recovery Related Services, and the creation of "InspirationalWorks," our life-saving literature component, since 1997.
We have been doing this in an effort to fulfill the Mission of the BakerWellsHouse non-profit organization, which is:
To provide multidimensional support services to individuals and families, including but not limited to Alternative Housing and Recovery Services, to help people overcome life's adversities! And our Vision, which is:
To inspire and equip all of our clients and communities with the insight, skills, and tools they need to be responsible and productive members of society, who live comfortably, joyously, and free!
The BakerWellsHouse has been providing these Services since January of 1997. For nearly 30 years we have focused on both of our major components:
1. RoomsForRecovery and Recovery related services at the BakerWellsHouse...
2. InspirationalWorks of the BakerWellsHouse, our literature and Outreach component...
However, after much contemplation, discussion, and consideration, our board of directors and I have decided that our best course of action, and direction for the future, needs to be... *Offer the property for sales/ investment to an organization that provides the same type of service. So that the same type Services we have provided in Pgh's East End for nearly 30 years, can continued to be offered in our East End communities...
And moving forward, the BakerWellsHouse non-profit organization will focus on its literature component, "InspirationalWorks," and expanding our Outreach...

Thanks for sharing this... It's definitely food for thought! And it makes me think of a few things:
1. It's why in life, and what we should strongly be advising our loved ones to do is, pursue a career doing work that you love to do, and that way it's not really like working
2. Work smart, not hard, save as much as you can, and pull out/ retire as early as you can! *Prayerfully with a plan, hobby, or interest that will keep you moving... **Because a body in motion, stays in motion!
3. At work and/or at play, do things in accordance to God's will and His way! Which is simply... do the right thing, treat other people the way you want to be treated, show respect and receive respect because of it, understanding that's how mutual respect is established... And it's easier to live and enjoy life to its fullest!
4. And finally, enjoy The Simple Pleasures of life, don't take them for granted, and with an attitude of gratitude for God and His many blessings, and resources bestowed upon you, do what makes you happy, without harming others!
