We are THRILLED to announce that Mr. Jesse Bradley is officially a homeowner! Jesse is such an amazing asset to Siler City and Chatham County as a whole, sharing his deep understanding of technology with the community through the Siler City Tech Hub. We can't wait to see what the future brings for Mr. Bradley!

We can always count on this company to send out enthusiastic, knowledgable and safety-minded folks, and these fellas were no exception. We're incredibly grateful for their continued partnership and all the top-notch work they're doing around this community!❤️👷‍♂️💪

Shoutout to the Alpha Alpha Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta - or as we now know them, the sorority with the snacks!🍿

This incredible group of women first came across our radar when they began using our community room for meetings. Soon after, they started coming out to the build sites- and here they are donating a MOUNTAIN of snacks for our construction volunteers! Thank you, Zetas!🙏🥰

Our Administration Office is closed for the remainder of the day due to a Spectrum outage. Homeowner Services can be reached via their mobile line at 919-548-4075. We hope to be back up and running in the morning!🙏🤞

Giant thanks to the Chatham County Pride Alliance for bringing such an awesome crew out on Saturday! It was super hot and muggy, but this group stuck it out like champs and made huge progress on our build.🏡💜
