On October 22, WEBB Squared will celebrate “5 Years in Motion” - not just by looking back at our journey, but by lifting up the entrepreneurs, partners, and community leaders helping create a more equitable future.

We’re especially excited to honor three incredible Changemaker Award recipients:

Community Organizing for Racial Equity - CORE- for building racial equity, developing community leadership, and helping remove systemic barriers through community building and advocacy.

NC IDEA - for investing in North Carolina’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and expanding access and ongoing commitment to historically underrepresented founders.

Partners in Racial Justice - for creating spaces for cross-racial connection, healing, dialogue, and the community trust that makes lasting change possible.

Together, these organizations remind us that entrepreneurship does not happen in isolation. It grows within a community through relationships, investment, courage, and collective action.

On October 22, we’ll gather to celebrate five years of building wealth and wellbeing through entrepreneurship and to honor the people, entrepreneurs, partners, and community organizations who have helped move this work forward. 🤝

WEBB Squared’s journey has never been a solo effort. Our work is made possible through relationships rooted in trust, shared purpose, collaboration, and a belief in what becomes possible when we move together.

Community partners like Community Organizing for Racial Equity (CORE) remind us why these relationships matter. CORE’s commitment to racial equity, education, community healing, relational organizing, and community-led solutions reflects the spirit of our Changemakers in Motion theme.

WEBB is grateful for every person who has contributed to WEBB Squared’s first five years - our entrepreneurs, coaches, volunteers, supporters, partners, board members, and community members.

🌱 What happens when a community moves from education and awareness to collective action?

In the latest episode of The WEBB Remedy Podcast, we’re honored to celebrate Community Organizing for Racial Equity (CORE) as part of WEBB Squared’s 5 Years in Motion Anniversary Celebration. We are celebrating 5 Years in Motion - WEBB's 5th Year Anniversary. Webb Squared's "Wealth Through Entrepreneurship for Black and Brown Businesses" launched on October 23, 2021. Today, we are still going strong, thanks to the entrepreneurs, partners, volunteers, supporters, and community members who have helped make this journey possible.

You are warmly invited to join us for our anniversary celebration as we honor the people and partnerships that continue to make this work possible.
