Celebrating our Breakfast of Champions Honoree, Todd Wade.
Some champions lead from the front. Others quietly open their doors and create spaces where young people can feel safe, supported, and believed in. Todd Wade is one of those champions.

For AGUILA, Todd has been more than an educational leader—he has been a true member of our AGUILA familia. He has generously provided a home for our ongoing student sessions, welcomed our students for SOS Overnight Scholarship Search, and made sure meals were available to them along the way.

Knowing our students were learning, growing, and spending time in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment gave our AGUILA team and families tremendous peace of mind. His generosity has helped create opportunities for our students to focus on what matters most: their education, their future, and becoming the leaders they are meant to be.

Since joining Northern Arizona University in 2021, President José Luis Cruz Rivera has championed access, opportunity, and student success. His commitment to creating pathways for students has made a meaningful impact across Arizona.

AGUILA is especially grateful for President Cruz Rivera’s support of our AGUILITAS, welcoming our students to NAU for our Summer Leadership Symposium.
