The U.S. House has officially passed HR 2616, a federal education bill that would prohibit federally funded schools from promoting or requiring instruction related to what the bill defines as “gender ideology” for minors. It also strengthens parental notification and transparency requirements when schools address gender‑identity issues with students.🎒

The bill now heads to the U.S. Senate, where the next vote will determine whether these protections move forward.➡️

These programs are designed to elevate excellent educators, grow high‑quality charter schools, and return decision‑making to the states — exactly what parents have been asking for.

Arizona families deserve these opportunities — but our state must act. You can help by messaging the State Superintendent and urging them to recommend these grants to qualified educators and schools in our community.

The legislature’s budget included full conformity with federal tax cuts: no taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime, and full deductions for childcare expenses. These are real savings for working families across our state.
