Join us for an evening with “Sunshine Joe” Mallard. Joe’s work is full of interesting stitches, embroidery, and other decorative elements. His quilts feature neckties and phrases. They are always full of bright colors. One of Mallard’s works, “The Obama Tie Quilt” was accepted to the Obama Presidential Library where it will hang.

Olympian Grace Latz, a participant in the Olympian Artists programme, worked with Paris seniors to create this quilt for display at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The quilt contains hundreds of snippets from tee shirts, uniforms, and other sports memorabilia from athletes around the world.
