Another Round Another Rally Our goal is to develop inclusive leaders who create innovative, dynamic workplaces where equity & inclusion allow marginalized voices to advance & thrive.

Vision & Mission

Another Round Another Rally is a nonprofit financial and educational resource for the hospitality industry. We provide reimbursement grants and immersive educational scholarships to further the education of historically excluded voices in the community, and supply emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen on unexpected hardship. Congratulations to the 2026 Joy Spence Fellows! 🎉

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of taking this incredible group to Jamaica for an unforgettable experience filled with learning, connection, and inspiration. From exploring the rich culture and history of the island to gaining firsthand insight into the world of rum and hospitality, it was a journey we won’t soon forget.

We’re so proud of each of these individuals and all they represent for the future of our industry. 💛
