Touring The Encanto Palmcroft Historic District doesn’t only offer architectural charm but thoughtfully designed walkways.

Some exciting news has been received from the City of Phoenix’s Street Transportation Department. Our beloved & iconic historic street lights are receiving some much needed love. Our 100th Anniversary is sure to be shining brighter with updates to the structural integrity of the light poles & their glowing crowns. Just another highlight and detail for those who will be attending our 100th Anniversary Home Tour & Street Fair, on Sunday, March 14, 2027, to admire.

Not everyone has a green thumb. Luckily, The Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Neighborhood has The Phoenix Rose Society Deadheaders. Their dedicated volunteers have invested their time and expertise to ensure that The Encanto Rose Garden (15th Avenue and Palm Lane) is a seasonal feast of colorful blooms.
