Encanto Palmcroft is home to many but it is also a destination for many more. Amenities such as: The Encanto Park Rose Garden, The City of Phoenix Encanto Park, & even The City of Phoenix Encanto Park Golf Course, add to the attraction of this historic neighborhood .

Historians and golf enthusiasts may be surprised to learn that the legendary golf course architect, William P. Bell designed The Encanto Park Golf Course. The Encanto Park Golf course has been open to the public since 1936 and its unique placement in Phoenix offers cityscape views and lush greenery.

Sponsorships for the 2027 Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour & Street Fair are open.

At our Historic Home Tour on March 14, 2027, we'll celebrate 100 years of this neighborhood with 4,500+ attendees, 100 street fair vendors, 10+ homes open for the day. Sponsorship puts your business in the middle of it: signage on tour day, a full-page ad in the brochure handed to every ticket buyer, stage mentions, and features to our 2,600+ followers.

As summer slowly winds down and we reflect back on our exotic vacations, it may be surprising to learn that some of the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic home owners get to live, full-time, in homes that celebrate the architecture of some of our favorite vacation destinations. Spain, Italy, France, Mexico, and U.S. coastal design elements, such as: wrought iron, natural materials, clay tile roofs, and projecting cantilevered balconies, collectively define, The Monterey and Mediterranean Revival architectural styles. This unique style is peppered throughout our neighborhood, adding a distinct and exotic flair to downtown Phoenix.

Some exciting news has been received from the City of Phoenix’s Street Transportation Department. Our beloved & iconic historic street lights are receiving some much needed love. Our 100th Anniversary is sure to be shining brighter with updates to the structural integrity of the light poles & their glowing crowns.
