Arizona and the Hopi Tribe could regain $181 million in federal solar grants after courts ruled the Trump administration unlawfully canceled the funding. These grants could lower energy bills, expand access to solar power, and create clean energy jobs.

Arizona deserves this investment!

Two federal judges struck down the Trump EPA’s cancellation of the $7 billion Biden-era Solar for All program. That could restore $181 million for Arizona and Hopi projects aimed at lowering energy costs and expanding access.

A new University of Missouri study has compared rural counties with renewable power plants to those without and found those with wind projects saw economic output, or GDP, increase about 7%.

The No Denying Climate Change Town Hall with US Rep. Yassamin Ansari and AZ State Rep. Brian Garcia was a great event where 100+ Phoenix residents expressed growing concerns about climate change, energy prices, and water rights.

Repsol Renewables is developing a 500 megawatt (MW) wind and a 450 MW solar project in Apache County, Arizona. Once operational, the projects would generate enough electricity to power more than 190,000 Arizona homes annually.
