For this Member Monday, we’re proud to spotlight Hospice of the Valley,

As Maricopa County’s only nonprofit hospice, Hospice of the Valley provides compassionate, comprehensive care designed to bring comfort and dignity at every stage of illness. Their services include primary care for home-limited individuals, chronic illness management, specialized dementia care and education, 24/7 clinical support, and nine inpatient homes for acute medical care.

With a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and more than 1,700 volunteers, their impact extends far beyond medical care—providing companionship, pet therapy, veteran tribute visits, and emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families.

Last year alone, Hospice of the Valley provided more than $17.7 million in charity care, ensuring no one is turned away. With a 99% patient and family recommendation score and recognition among the top three hospices nationwide, their commitment to compassionate care continues to make an incredible impact across our community.

We’re proud to have Hospice of the Valley as part of the AZHCC familia! 💙
