Our opening reception for the exhibit Libertad was a big success! In collaboration with Frontera de Cristo, we are able to display art made by children and teens in Agua Prieta, Sonora Mexico! The teacher who taught them was in attendance, as well a representative Consulado General di Mexico en Phoenix!

We also had two artists-residence - Ian and Andre - who are showing their fun art at the dedicated gallery! They are holding their nifty certificates.

Two weekends ago, Frontera de Cristo installed an exhibit to the theme Together in Peace, which was a focal point of the Friends Across Borders Celebration and installed on the wall. Below some photos of the event.

Young Arts Arizona is so honored and pleased to partner with Frontera de Cristo! We will be hosting an opening reception for an exhibition of children's art created by kids in Agua Prieta as part of a bi-national children's enrichment program. Friday, October 2! Stay tuned for the invitation.
