This year’s annual staff retreat gave us a chance to reflect, connect and celebrate.

In the past year, we not only surpassed annual goals, but hit organizational milestones of creating 200,000 jobs, $100 billion in capital investment and $10 billion in payroll all-time.

We are excited to build upon our long-term lessons and take what we learned from a day of professional development and skill-building to continue to support the region.

(And yes, we did take an improv course together, which helped us build our communication and collaboration skills)
