The Economic Monitor is a free, public-facing, AI-powered economic intelligence platform that makes complex economic data understandable and actionable. Senior Director TJ Coulter was at the Avondale Tech Center groundbreaking today to celebrate the first shovels for the 38-acre site.

Purchased in April by Creation Equity, the tech center is designed to host industries driving Greater Phoenix's economy including semiconductor manufacturing and aerospace.

This year’s annual staff retreat gave us a chance to reflect, connect and celebrate.

In the past year, we not only surpassed annual goals, but hit organizational milestones of creating 200,000 jobs, $100 billion in capital investment and $10 billion in payroll all-time.

We are excited to build upon our long-term lessons and take what we learned from a day of professional development and skill-building to continue to support the region.

(And yes, we did take an improv course together, which helped us build our communication and collaboration skills)
