What could you bring back to your business after four hours? Maybe a better understanding of water chemistry. A new perspective on hydraulics. An insurance question you didn't know you needed to ask. Or a bookkeeping idea that makes running the business a little easier.

At the PHTA Southern Arizona Table Top, we're offering four FREE training sessions covering both sides of the pool business:

Pool: Water Chemistry/Hazmat Handling + In-Flow Hydraulics
Business: Insurance + Bookkeeping 101

Then stick around to meet manufacturers, distributors and suppliers, grab some food and drinks, connect with other pool professionals and check out the raffle benefiting Step Into Swim.

October 29 | 3–7 PM | Omni Tucson National FREE to attend. Pre-register for your chance to win $300 cash.

“Who from the company should we send?” How about...more than one?
Send the technician who wants to learn more about water chemistry. Bring the manager who has questions about insurance. Let the person handling the books sit in on Bookkeeping 101.

Have your team meet manufacturers and suppliers face-to-face. And you? Come connect with the other owners and decision makers in Southern Arizona's pool industry.

The PHTA Southern Arizona Table Top is FREE to attend, so you don't have to decide who gets the ticket.

Bring the crew.

Just make sure everyone registers individually. Every pre-registered attendee gets their own chance to WIN $300 CASH—and it helps us know how many people we're feeding.

You can meet someone in five minutes. But you can build a relationship over 18 holes. The connections don't have to end when the Table Top does.

On October 30, we're taking them to the course. Registered vendor foursomes will have the opportunity to bid to golf with participating industry business owners and decision makers.

Win the bid and we'll swap one or two golfers between the two foursomes for the round. That means four hours to talk. Connect. Learn about each other's businesses. And maybe build a relationship that lasts well beyond the 18th hole.

Best of all, the bidding raises additional funds for Step Into Swim.
Want to bid? You have to be in the game.

Register your foursome, then get ready to bid.

Some conversations are easier when you're actually in the same room.

On October 29, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, pool builders, service professionals, retailers and business resources will all be under one roof.
No email chain. No scheduled call. No “I'll circle back next week.”

Just conversations. Ask the product question you've been wondering about. Meet the person you've only emailed. Find a new resource. Talk shop with another owner. Introduce one of your employees to someone who can help them get better at what they do.

That's what Be In The Room is really about. And admission is completely FREE.

You might want to leave a little extra room in the truck.

Our Table Top vendors have been donating prizes for the Step Into Swim raffle—and the prize table keeps growing. An outdoor pizza oven. Pool equipment. Pool supplies. Grilling gear. Gift cards. And more.

Purchase raffle tickets during the Table Top for your chance to take something home while helping raise funds for Step Into Swim and water safety.

But the prizes are just part of the evening. Come meet the companies behind the products you use, learn something new, catch up with people in the industry, grab some food and drinks—and maybe leave with something you weren't expecting.

The Table Top is FREE. The connections could be worth a whole lot more.

There are Golden Tickets showing up around Southern Arizona. Pool builders and service companies are receiving a special invitation to join us at the PHTA Southern Arizona Table Top on October 29.

If your company received one, bring your Golden Ticket with you and you'll be entered into our Grand Prize drawing. Didn't get one in the mail? You're not out of the running. Eligible company owners and decision makers can get a Golden Ticket at the event, too.

So bring your crew. Bring your ticket if you've got one. And come be part of the Southern Arizona pool community.

One more thing: Everyone attending should RSVP individually for their own chance to win $300 cash.

Don’t just send someone. Bring the crew.

The PHTA Southern Arizona Table Top was built for the people who actually make the pool industry work—owners, managers, technicians, service professionals, builders and the teams behind them.

Come meet manufacturers and suppliers face-to-face. Take advantage of four FREE training sessions. Connect with other pool professionals. Enjoy food and drinks. Check out some pretty great raffle prizes benefiting Step Into Swim.

And yes, there are a few more reasons to get everyone registered. Every person who pre-registers by midnight October 28 is entered for a chance to WIN $300 CASH. You must be present at the 6:50 PM drawing to win.

Coming with the company? Everyone needs their own RSVP.
