HAPPY PRIDE!! 🌈💕 Join The Foundry Sol at the Flagstaff Pride in the Pines 2025 Parade! Saturday June 21st at 10am in Downtown Flagstaff.🌈🤩❤️✨🧘🏽‍♂️ We are back again and so excited to do yoga on a float!

Last month we celebrated our Foundry Sol Scholarship Recipients at their teacher training graduation! We are committed to making yoga and fitness classes accessible to all by eliminating financial barriers with our Foundry Sol Scholarships. By offering scholarships for our teacher trainings it has helped provide underrepresented individuals an opportunity to deepen their own practice and amplify their voices. Our scholarships have helped our efforts in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive space for all within the yoga and fitness world.

Weekly FREE Community Classes are now at all AZ studios! We are so excited! Come try out Basic Yoga at any of the studios during these times.

DONATION CLASSES - JULY 20th at ALL Foundry Studios

We are excited to announce our next Foundry Sol donation classes, happening at all Foundry AZ studios all day on Saturday, July 20th! All money raised that day will go to The Foundry Sol 501(c)(3), helping bring yoga and fitness to underserved communities.

The Foundry Sol initiatives include providing free or low-cost yoga and fitness classes, offering wellness workshops, community outreach, and giving teacher training scholarships.

Here’s a heartfelt testimonial from one of our students benefiting from a discounted membership through Foundry Sol: “I cannot say enough good things about this place. The coaches, staff, management, members. I’m so extremely grateful for everyone here. I’m a disabled veteran and not only did they make me feel extremely welcome, but they made it affordable.”

Classes all day on 7/20 are set up as donation-based, where you can choose to donate any amount you would like. Thank you all so much for your continued support + dedication.💙

Join The Foundry Sol and the D-backs for Yoga on the Field on Sunday, April 14! After a record-breaking event in 2023, the D-backs are excited to bring back this fan favorite experience! A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to The Foundry Sol! This event will sell out — link in bio to purchase ASAP🤩💙☀️⚾️🐍🧘🏽‍♀️🧢

Your ticket package includes:
☀️Pregame yoga class in the outfield
☀️Special-edition hydration tracking D-backs water bottle
☀️Ticket to the D-backs vs. St. Louis Cardinals game (first pitch at 1:10PM)

This event sold out two weeks prior to the game last season, so get your tickets today!
Note: You will receive an email regarding arrival times and info for Yoga on the Field the week of the game.
