Virtual Support Group meetings are for adult siblings who have lost a sibling to su***de. You must be 18 years of age or older.

You are not alone. There are so many siblings around the globe who are also grieving the loss of a sibling to su***de. Our weekly virtual meetings allow for your voice to be heard. Sometimes just listening to others who have the courage to say the things that you want to say (but haven't been able to say) is the opening that you need to be able to talk about your sibling's story, to get it off your chest. We say their names in our group and we talk about them. Good and bad. We laugh, we cry...we learn from each other. Our group is a judgement free zone and we support each other through this journey...one week at a time. This is not a closed group...we are here every week for whoever wants to call in. If you are reading this now, we are sorry that you are here but we are glad you found our group. It's time to take care of you.

If you are interested in being added to our weekly meetings, just send us an email and let us know your age (you must be 18 or over) and tell us if you lost a brother or sister to su***de. You will be added to our weekly email reminder list and you will only get one email a week with the Zoom details to join. You decide which week or weeks you'd like to join and you can ask to be removed from this list at any time.

We meet virtually on a weekly basis to check in on each other and offer support (specifically for adult siblings (18+) who have lost a sibling to su***de). Zoom links will NOT be posted on this page…they are emailed to attendees
