VOLUNTEER IF YOU DARE! 👻🎃

We're gearing up for our annual Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 17th, and we could really use more people to help with food & drink sales, activity support and 50/50 sales.

Each shift is just 1-1.5 hours long - a small time commitment that can make a huge impact on our community event.

This annual fundraiser supports activities and special projects for our Adaire 8th Graders. Rain date is Sunday, 10/18.

📣 Attention all prospective Adaire families! Did you know that we offer school tours on the first Friday of every month at 11 am during the school year (sans January)? No sign up required. Our first tour is Friday, October 2, and we hope you'll join us!

The details:
▪️Attendees should buzz in at the front door on Thompson Street, and our Tour Guide will meet you right inside the door where you'll sign in.
▪️Tours are for caregivers only - no kiddos, please.
▪️Tours are approximately one hour, but they may be longer or shorter depending on group size and the number of questions.

🌱🧹Join the Adaire Green Team tomorrow (Thursday, 9/17) right after dismissal as we clean and green the schoolyard! Cleaning supplies including pickers, bags, brooms, and gloves will be provided for volunteers.

We usually clean and green for about an hour, but please feel free to lend whatever time you can. Can't make it? We plan to do this on the third Thursday of every month, weather permitting. Hope to see you there! 💚

We're looking for ghouls and goblins to sign up for short shifts to help with: set up, the welcome table, food and drink sales, running activities for kiddos, and clean up for Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 17th. A great way to support this awesome fundraiser!

🧹 Help make our schoolyard shine for the first day of school! Join the Friends of Adaire Green Team this Friday, August 21st from 5 pm - 6 pm for a schoolyard cleanup after the Popsicles on the Playground event. All are welcome, and supplies will be provided.
