We will hear presentations on:

📍 1115–27 Frankford Ave
Variance request to permit a fence in front of the West Gallery that exceeds the maximum permitted height.

📍 544 E. Girard Ave (Impresso Coffee)
Special Exception request to operate an eating and drinking establishment under the North Delaware Overlay. We will also consider their request for a sidewalk café.

The Philadelphia Ride of Silence has been rescheduled for Wednesday at 6:45 p.m., starting on the North side of City Hall (Broad and JFK). The purpose of this silent ride is to honor cyclists killed and injured in motor vehicle-related accidents, and to raise awareness about the rights of cyclists to ride the roads. Please join us on Wednesday.
