The women who move things forward aren't less scared or more ready, they just stopped waiting for a feeling that was never coming and started anyway.

Who in your life embodies this? πŸ‘‡

We took the tiny mic to the CFW community and asked: what's the one non-negotiable that keeps your day balanced?

We were fully prepared to take notes on morning routines, mindfulness practices, and the occasional cold plunge.

The women of CFW had a different message. Delivered clearly. Repeatedly. With feeling.

It was coffee. It was almost always coffee.

We respect the honesty. We share the commitment. We will not be taking further questions.
Drop your non-negotiable below β€” coffee answers enthusiastically accepted. πŸ‘‡β˜•

Have you ever wished you could sit down with someone wise, experienced, and completely honest and just ask: "What would you do if you were me?"

Maybe you're navigating a difficult situation at work. Wondering if it's time to make a move. Feeling stretched too thin and wondering if it's just you.

It's probably not just you. And we want to help.

That's a Good Question is a special segment of Women Amplified β€” the official podcast of Conferences for Women β€” where we take real questions from real women and bring them to experienced leaders and experts for honest, practical advice.

Here's the best part: you won't appear on the podcast. You can stay completely anonymous. And if your question is selected, we'll match it with an expert who has been there and can offer the kind of guidance you can actually use.

Past episodes have tackled everything from difficult colleagues to career uncertainty to burnout β€” and the conversations have resonated with thousands of women who were quietly asking the same thing.

One woman's question often becomes the answer hundreds of others needed to hear.

So what's yours? Drop it in the comments or head to the link below to submit. We'd love to bring your question to the podcast. 🎧

"I felt this jail cell break open."

Tomi Adeyemi was watching Devil Wears Prada 2 β€” a film she has a cameo in β€” when Meryl Streep delivered a single line that moved her to tears: "I love to work."

She told us she felt seen and released in a way she hadn't expected. That even for someone like her, hearing a woman say that out loud β€” and get excited about it β€” cracked something open.

We couldn't stop thinking about it either.

The women who inspire us most aren't always on a stage.

This week our team got asked a question that stopped everyone mid-sentence:
Who is the woman who inspires you most?

Nobody had a quick answer. One person said she realized she couldn't narrow it down β€” that when she really thought about it, she admires every single one of her friends. Someone talked about her mother-in-law, who moves through life always searching for peace. Someone talked about her daughter, who has an almost supernatural ability to find the positive even when everything around her is hard.

Others named college counselors who changed the trajectory of a student's life. Business owners who built something from nothing. Moms who hold everything together and make it look effortless even when it isn't.

What struck us is that nobody named someone famous. Every single answer was personal. Specific. Someone they know, someone they've watched, someone whose quiet consistency has left a mark.

That's the kind of inspiration that doesn't make headlines β€” but it's the kind that actually changes people.

Who is the woman in your life who inspires you most? Tell us about her in the comments. We genuinely want to know. πŸ‘‡

Diana Nyad became the first person in history to swim from Cuba to Florida β€” unprotected, through shark-infested waters, at 64 years old.

She is also one of the most honest voices we've ever had on Women Amplified.

"All of us only have one life. I'm not always about chasing the biggest dreams. I'm about living whatever your decision of living a full life is β€” and not leaving it with regrets at the end."

In this episode, Diana sits down with Lisa Bennett β€” our Editorial Director and Women Amplified's new host β€” to talk about what actually gets in the way of our goals. Not the dramatic obstacles. The quiet ones. The self-doubt, the obligations, the fear of failing that makes it easier to put things off than to begin.

If there's something you've been waiting to start β€” this one is for you.

Here's something we don't say enough: The version of you from a year ago would be genuinely impressed by who you are right now.

Not because of the promotions or the milestones. Because of the quieter things. The boundary you held without apologizing for it. The step you took before you felt ready. The goal you finally let go of because you were honest enough to admit it was never actually yours.

That kind of growth is real. It's just easy to miss when you're inside it.

Share this with a woman in your life who needs to hear it today β€” and tell us in the comments: which one hit closest to home? πŸ‘‡

From answering phones for Spike Lee to Forbes' #1 most influential CMO in the world β€” Bozoma Saint John's career is one for the books. Literally. πŸ“–

Swipe through her journey and tell us which moment resonates most with where you are right now.

She started at the bottom of an industry she believed in, built her way through some of the most iconic brands in the world β€” Netflix, Apple Music, Uber, Pepsi β€” and then made the move no one expected: walking away from it all to define what came next entirely on her own terms.

Not a pivot. An evolution.

That's the kind of story that stays with you. And it's exactly the energy we bring to the Pennsylvania Conference for Women every single year.

🎟 Join us November 5 in Philly β€” tickets are available here: https://bit.ly/3P4QvSX
Early Bird pricing is available now.

Which slide in her journey hit closest to home? Drop it in the comments. πŸ‘‡
