LeoFigs is coming very soon to the Fishtown District, and we can't wait for the neighborhood to try this exciting new restaurant!

RESY took the time to sit down with the owners and highlight all of the things you can soon come to expect when visiting this new neighborhood hot spot:

"LeoFigs will officially open on June 10, following a soft opening in April and May, serving up a modern American menu and wines made in-house. We sat down with the couple to find out everything you’ll need to know before you visit.

It’s a winery … It’s a restaurant … It’s a market … No, wait, it’s all three.
LeoFigs is primarily a restaurant, but far from “just” – the space has a functioning winery as well as a small market and dining upstairs.

“A lot of our friends have businesses here, and we feel like [this] was a good opportunity to showcase [them],” Figueras says.

“We want the community to join us with the expectation that it’s more of a restaurant and bar. You can have a special night [here], with small plates and shareables, or with a special three-course dinner,” Figueras says."

At LeoFigs in Fishtown, housemade wine and church-pew booths make for one of Philly's most personal new openings.

Come celebrate this Saturday, May 30th, from 12pm-4pm with Evil Genius Beer Company at 1727 N Front St! It's their 9th bday bash for their brewery dog, Dougal. They will have pet portraits and pictures in their beer garden from 12-2pm and a dog costume contest from 2-4. They've also got an appearance by Bluey for kids from 12-2!

By now, everyone has heard the story: Back in 2003, two industry veterans turned Girard Avenue beer-and-a-shot joint Johnny Brenda’s into a lauded gastropub and indie venue. Other businesses followed them into Fishtown — the neighborhood north of the city that sits along the Delaware River — and these days it’s possible to get everything from excellent Japanese cuisine to classic Pennsylvanian fare on the same strip.

Starting Friday, Mason Lesser of Marina’s Pizza will sell slices of white pizza topped with an ounce of golden osetra caviar from CaviarXS, served with a mother-of-pearl caviar spoon that customers can keep, on an antique gold plate that they cannot keep. Lesser will either spoon it on the slice himself or let customers dress the slice tableside. Supplies will be limited each day.

We have a start date! The Fishtown District is happy to announce that Fishtown TAPS will be returning TUESDAY, JUNE 9th, for the summer of 2026!

Every Tuesday from 5-7 pm, the Fishtown District is happy to again host our very own summer-long happy hour that features the neighborhood's most popular bars, taverns, and eateries. Come join the excitement once again to see our vibrant corridor filled with visitors and enjoy all the specialties that our establishments have to offer.

Participating locations will feature a select list of $5 beers, $6 wines, and $7 cocktails, as well as appetizer specials.
