We do not have a receptionist. Emails and inquiries are answered mostly by the tech when she’s not in surgery so please be patient and keep trying to get scheduled if your first attempt isn’t answered immediately. It’s just as easy to send another email as it is to complain that you haven’t been answered😊

We need specific information to get you scheduled and your appointment will be delayed when we have to ask for more information. Email should be sent to [email protected]

Please put CLINIC and what you are trying to schedule in the subject line (male kitten, 2 female rabbits, 30 pound male dog)

The following information needs to be in the email:

Your full name address and phone number.

The name of your pet(s), their age and s*x and description/color.

The services you would like to schedule for such as cat spay, vaccines and microchip, rabbit neuter, feral cat neuter. We can add services at the time of checkin but the more information we have the better we can serve you.
