Sharing a wonderful community resource for Philadelphia-area families!

Wills Eye Hospital is offering free eye exams and glasses for children through its annual Give Kids Sight Day happening TOMORROW.

FREE eye exams and glasses for Philadelphia-area kids! Appointments are now available for our Give Kids Sight Day on October 3, 2026.

Held each fall, this event serves children 17 years of age and younger from Philadelphia and the surrounding counties who have not received an eye examination or who did not pass a vision screening.

SeniorLAW Center is partnering with four older adult centers (Juniata Park Older Adult Center, MLK Older Adult Center, Northeast Older Adult Center and Firehouse Active Adult Center) across Philadelphia this fall to provide free 30-minute legal consultations for adults age 60+.

PCA President & CEO Dr. Najja R. Orr joined Councilmember Nicolas O'Rourke for the launch of the Cost of Living Task Force Report, sharing PCA’s perspective on how rising costs impact Philadelphia’s older adults.

As affordability challenges continue, local investment and community partnerships are essential to ensuring older Philadelphians can access the resources they need to age safely and independently.
