🌟 Member Spotlight: Chris Young. From management consulting to building a successful Philadelphia construction company, Chris has always been passionate about growth, relationships, and building something from the ground up.

In 2017, Chris co-founded Camfred Construction, named after his sons Cameron and Fred. Today, the company has grown into a trusted local firm with more than $100 million in active annual project value, serving clients across healthcare, education, and community spaces.

Outside of work, Chris gives back as a Board Member and Head Coach with Philadelphia Dragons Youth Sports Association, helping young athletes build confidence, character, and community.
