Shelly recently launched a new career focused on something she’s always been passionate about — creating great workplace cultures — and calls it a true dream come true.

A few fun facts about Shelly:
🍦 Her very first job was at Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard in Ocean City, where “sampling” the product may or may not have led to gaining eleven pounds in one summer.
🐩 Her top networking tip? Get a dog… or better yet, two! Shelly says her toy poodles, Daphne and Irwin, helped her meet more neighbors in Washington Square Park than she had in the previous 20 years.
