Meet Gaston 🐾

We are looking for a foster or adopter for this handsome boy.

Gaston is a sweet boy with a fun personality and plenty of energy. He's been described as a bit of a wild child, always keeping things interesting and bringing lots of enthusiasm wherever he goes.

Because of his excitement, Gaston is still working on his leash manners and can pull or jump at times. He would likely do best with older children while he continues learning and building on his manners.

Gaston is a very sweet boy who enjoys attention and has done well around other dogs. With slow and proper introductions, we believe he could do well with a compatible canine companion.

Right now, Gaston is looking for a foster or forever home where he can continue learning, receive the guidance he needs, and finally enjoy life outside of boarding.

Meet Princess 👑💞

Princess fits her name perfectly. This beautiful girl is the definition of a gentle soul.

Princess is around 5 years old and is current on her vetting. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. She has a calm, laid back personality and a sweet, loving nature. Princess is easygoing, affectionate, and would make a wonderful companion for just about any family looking for a loyal and calm best friend.

Right now she is spending her days in boarding while she waits for someone to see just how special she really is. While we're grateful she's safe, what she truly deserves is a home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by comfort, companionship, and love. A foster or adopter would mean the world to Princess and to us. Fostering is completely free and even opening your home to her temporarily would help give her a break from boarding while she waits for her forever family. Meet Boxer 🐾🦴

Boxer is around 3 years old and has so much love and life ahead of him. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and currently undergoing heartworm treatment.

This handsome boy is very affectionate, playful, and full of personality. He loves attention, enjoys spending time with his people, and is always happy to get out for a walk. Boxer has done well with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, and knows some basic commands.

Right now, Boxer is spending his days in boarding while he waits for a foster or forever family. Boxer is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and while he's receiving the care he needs, we would love to see him recovering in the comfort of a home rather than a kennel. We are hoping to find a foster or adoptive placement as soon as possible to make that happen. A foster home would provide Boxer with a quiet place to rest, heal, and enjoy the love and companionship he deserves.

Meet Florence 🌸🐾

This sweet girl loves attention and has so much love to give. While she can be a little shy when first meeting new people, it doesn't take long for her personality to shine through. Once she's comfortable, Florence becomes a happy little wiggle butt who is always excited to see her favorite people.

She has a playful side and can have puppy like energy when she's excited. She has also done well with other dogs. Because of her excitement and energy, Florence would likely do best with older children who can match her energy.

Florence is a 3 year old pit mix and is current on her vetting. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and microchipped. She is a smaller girl, weighing about 32 pounds.

Right now, Florence is spending her days in boarding while she waits for a foster or forever family to give her a chance. We would love to see her in a foster or adoptive home where she can experience the comfort, love, and companionship of family life while she waits for her happy ending.

We wish these posts were not necessary.

Every week, we continue trying to figure out how to cover boarding, medical care, heartworm treatment, food, supplies, transport, and the everyday needs that come with keeping these dogs safe while they wait for homes of their own. At the same time, we are still searching for committed foster and adoptive homes so these dogs can finally leave boarding behind and begin settling into stable environments where they can decompress and heal.

We know we have asked for help a lot lately. Trust us when we say we would love to be posting nothing but adoption updates and happy endings. But right now, the reality is that we cannot continue doing this without more support.

To everyone who has continued to donate, foster, adopt, share our posts, engage with our page, or simply support us however you can, thank you. Truly. Your support is what has kept us going and has allowed us to continue showing up for these dogs despite how difficult things have become.

We are still urgently looking for a foster or foster to adopt home for Rocky as soon as possible.

Rocky has been having a difficult time adjusting in his current environment and we would truly love to find him a calmer, more fitting home where he can finally decompress, settle in, and continue healing while feeling safe and comfortable.

He is around 5 years old, fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is currently going through heartworm treatment. Rocky is incredibly loving, smart, affectionate, and happiest when he can stay close to his people. He enjoys walks, cuddling, and would do best with older children. He also previously did well around cats.

At this time, we feel Rocky would likely do best as the only dog in the home, or with someone experienced and willing to provide very slow, proper introductions and decompression time with other dogs. He has been under a lot of change and stress, and we truly believe patience, structure, and a calm environment will make all the difference for him.

Right now, we have four dogs in boarding while they wait for placement. Boarding alone runs us over $300 each week, on top of ongoing heartworm treatment, continued vet care, food, supplies, and the everyday care that comes with keeping these babies safe while they wait for homes of their own.

We wanted to do another $5 Friday in hopes we can raise some funds to help cover these ongoing medical and boarding expenses while we continue working toward foster and forever homes for everyone.

We’re currently looking for committed fosters and adopters to help us get some of these dogs out of boarding and into home environments where they can truly thrive.

Fostering is completely free and we provide all supplies and support. What these babies gain in return is so much more than a temporary place to stay they get the chance to decompress, learn structure, build confidence, and experience life in a home while they wait for the next step in their journey.

Many of them have already spent far too long in boarding or kennel environments, and while they are safe, nothing replaces the stability, comfort, and connection of a home environment.

These three sweet souls are still looking for fosters or adoptive homes but unfortunately we have had no interest so far.

Boxer is in need of a calm, stable home environment where he can feel comfortable and safely continue his heartworm treatment. He is dog friendly and a bit more high energy so keeping him calm and relaxed will be very important.

Princess is a gentle senior with the sweetest, easygoing personality who would truly thrive in a quiet home where she can relax, be loved, and enjoy her golden years. She is also very dog friendly.

Florence is still building confidence and would benefit so much from a patient home environment where she can continue to open up and grow at her own pace. She can be shy when first meeting new people but once she warms up she is an absolute wiggle butt and loves attention. Florence is also dog friendly.

Getting them out of boarding and into home environments is so important for their continued progress, healing, and overall wellbeing. We are currently looking for fosters or adopters to help make that possible.

She is also dog friendly and has a playful, puppy like energy while still being such a sweet, loving girl. Florence is on the smaller side at only around 30 pounds, making her a great medium sized companion. She is about 3 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready for adoption.

Boxer is a fun loving, affectionate boy with a happy personality and a love for playtime. He is dog friendly and currently available for foster or foster to adopt. Boxer is heartworm positive and has already been started on treatment. Because heartworm treatment is difficult on dogs physically, we would really love to get him into a calm home environment where he can relax comfortably while continuing his treatment journey. Boxer is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. He is about 3 years old also.

All three of these babies are safe, but they deserve so much more than life in a boarding kennel. They deserve soft beds, consistency, love, and a home where they can truly decompress, feel comfortable, and be part of a family.
