Milly’s Market and Cafe is one of four places in Penn Yan to have completed projects using DRI funds. Today the Secretary of State Walter Mosley and several local officials toured our building. They were impressed by the scale of the renovations, by the beauty of the building and our mission to aid the youth in Yates County.

The plastic lid campaign has been a tremendous success and also a HUGE undertaking! The woman who spearheaded it and did the lion’s share of the work is stepping down. We will collect plastic lids till Thursday, 5/28/26. If anyone is interested in taking over running the project, please let us know and we will connect you with the current project manager. The current stock pile will be turned into benches and chairs for the community’s use. We can’t thank you enough for all of the lids you have collected over the years.
