SCOPE is a New York State Not For Profit Volunteer Organization dedicated to the preservation of the Second Amendment Rights for New York Citizens. SCOPE will oppose, with all its resources, any proposal that is not based on sound technical grounds or that infringes on the rights of fi****ms owners for the purpose of promoting a political philosophy, advancing a social theory, or as an emotional response and is not based on clear Constitutional grounds.

Time to celebrate another major Second Amendment win! The United States Department of Justice issued a slip opinion allowing lawful Americans to carry inside post offices for the first time in decades.

This comes after years of litigation, including NRA lawsuits that fought this restrictive "gun-free zone" law.

This win demonstrates that constitutional rights do not end at imaginary lines.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended and supported our fundraiser on Saturday. Your generosity, participation, and enthusiasm helped make the event a tremendous success.
We would also like to offer a special thank you to the Seneca Lake Duck Hunters Club for their outstanding hospitality. Their excellent food, exceptional service, and welcoming venue contributed greatly to the afternoon's success. We have received many positive comments regarding both the meal and the change in venue, and we are grateful for their partnership.
