Arnold Hall’s hospitality team had the pleasure of attending the Women in Foodservice Networking Event hosted by Tri-State Marketing and RATIONAL on Monday.

It was an inspiring afternoon celebrating leadership, innovation, and connection in the foodservice industry. Our team enjoyed the opportunity to learn from accomplished women, share meaningful conversations, and connect with fellow professionals who are helping shape the future of hospitality.

One of the girls from last Sunday’s Girls Club went to visit Mary in the woods to pray for her family and give thanks for a beautiful day together. Moments like these remind us why this place is so special.

A Small Building with a Big Story at Arnold Hall

Last week, a small but historic building on the Arnold Hall grounds came down — marking the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one.

What many people don’t know is that this building had a very humble beginning. It started as a chicken coop many years ago on the property. Over time, the boys at the Arnold School transformed it into a dormitory, giving the simple structure a new purpose as part of the life and community of the school.

Like many buildings that evolve with time, it later served other functions on the property and eventually became known as the Courthouse building.

As Arnold Hall continues to grow as a conference and retreat center, the needs of the it have changed. The removal of this building creates space for a new structure designed to better support the current demands of the conference center and the many gatherings hosted here.

While we say goodbye to a piece of the past, we’re also making room for the future.

Stay tuned — exciting things are ahead for Arnold Hall.

Yesterday’s Girls' Club Day at Arnold Hall was a hit!

Even with the rain, the afternoon was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful connection. The girls spent the day learning about how to cultivate strong friendships, enjoying arts and crafts, and playing charades together.

While the girls enjoyed their activities, the mothers also had a chance to gather and reflect together on the importance of resting on Sundays and taking time to nurture family life.

The event closed with a beautiful moment as the girls sang a special song to their mothers.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable.
