With over 600 alumni, LTC is continually influencing the TC.

Annualy, LTC connects, educates & empowers 25+ leaders through an 11-month program featuring leadership development, in-depth exploration of key regional sectors, & a class-led service project.

This is an opportunity to engage a group of community leaders in meaningful work that supports and strengthens our community. If your nonprofit has a project that could benefit from the energy, creativity, and leadership of the Leadership Tri-Cities Class 30, we want to hear from you!

Leadership Tri-Cities Class 30 is officially underway!

In August, Class 30 kicked off their journey with the Three Rs: Rope Course, Retreat & Reception!

🪢 Rope Course
A big thank you to Challenge Tri-Cities for an incredible day of leadership training, teamwork, and challenges on the ropes course. Class 30 stepped outside their comfort zones, encouraged one another, and started building the connections that will carry them throughout the year.

🌱 Retreat
Our retreat was filled with learning, reflection, and opportunities to grow as leaders. Thank you to our presenters who helped set the tone for the year ahead:

• Paul Casey, Growing Forward Services — Leadership Development & Team Building
• Abbey Cameron, 3 Rivers Community Foundation — Beginning the Board Build curriculum
• John McCoy — Providing every class member with a Badger Club Membership
• Michael Novakovich, NovaWerx — Introducing The Leadership Challenge book and reinforcing the core values of Leadership Tri-Cities as Class 30 begins building on them throughout the year

🥂 Reception
We wrapped up the month with a wonderful Class 30 Welcome Reception at Meadow Spring Country Club. Thank you to Meadow Spring for hosting us, and to everyone from our community who came out to welcome, celebrate, and cheer on the newest Leadership Tri-Cities class!

Here’s to a year of connection, growth, service, and leadership. We can’t wait to see where the journey takes Class 30! 💙

As we look back on Leadership Forward Session Day, we are grateful to everyone who helped make the final session of Leadership Tri-Cities Class XXIX so inspirational.
