We help many homeless whom we know by name. Our friendship, encouragement, assistance, listening blesses them. Their journey to wholeness blesses us. A weekly visitor shared she just completed rehab. She asks for our prayers as she is struggling.

Carrying Burdens Together

"I believe God did bless me when He brought your marvelous family (SVDP) into my life!!! I'm flattered you think I would be a great door greeter, but I still don't trust my lower intestinal track to take on any job. I think God knew my health would improve when He brought me to all of you and He knew a positive, grateful attitude was what I could and would do. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to become part of you all next year. Being with you once a week has made my life much happier and telling your people how terrific they are brings me overwhelming joy!!! God has been so wonderfully generous in bringing you all into my life!" Leann P
