August Team Member Spotlight 💚 Meet Jamie Baune
For more than five years, Jamie has served Affinity Ranch on our Board of Directors as Treasurer, bringing her financial and leadership experience to help support and grow our mission.
What first inspired Jamie to become part of Affinity Ranch was the impact the ranch has on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

For Jamie, our mission is about creating opportunities, independence, and belonging for people of all abilities. She believes everyone deserves a place where they are valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, and loves seeing the confidence, joy, and growth that happen every day at the ranch.
And when it comes to a favorite ranch animal, there really is no contest. 💚🐴
Link, or as Jamie affectionately calls him, “Linky Loo, Linkers, Mr. Linky,” will always hold a special place in her heart. Several years ago, Jamie came across Link at a local horse nonprofit and immediately knew he would be a wonderful fit for Affinity Ranch. Watching him become such an important part of our herd and seeing the impact he has on participants has been incredibly special.
Outside the ranch? In Jamie’s words, “What is free time?!” 😂 When she gets it, she loves spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at soccer games, camping, exploring the outdoors, traveling, tackling projects around the house, and sitting down with a good book.
Jamie, thank you for the many years you have dedicated to Affinity Ranch. Your leadership, commitment, and belief in our mission have helped our ranch community continue to grow and create opportunities for the people we serve. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Affinity Ranch family. 💚
