Calling in a new resident to join our community property 1mi to the coast in Seaview.

This is a private 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen with a twin daybed, a separate bedroom with queen bed, and shared outdoor shower/bathroom (shared with one other unit).

Rent is $900/m and includes all utilities: on grid electric, wifi, propane hot water. Laundry onsite and triple filtered drinkable rainwater catchment.

The community has 4 units ~ the neighbors are currently women/mothers passionate about healing, creativity, dance and social change. (We have one 6yo living on property now~ other kids are grown and visit occasionally.)

We have one weekly meeting/dinner Mondays at 4 that starts with meditation and/or dance, and otherwise it’s a balance of autonomy and connection when desired. We host community events and welcome you to lead events or offer services here.

If you’re a mature health-focused person who is a conscious communicator we’d love to have you join us!
