How about the increase in theft and violence in the hood? Everyone enjoying it? Thank the wonderful Board for it. They created the situation allowing this new rash of criminal activity. When you light a match you can't blame the trees for a forest fire. When you start something and don't finish the job it comes back to haunt us all. You force a guy out and act like you've accomplished something, but he's back still living in the same house you pushed him out of. Now there's new shady looking people driving around the hood all slow and looking for the soft targets daily. People are getting assaulted in the street and robbed but not a mention of that anywhere? The neighborhood watch turns and looks the other way out of fear of retaliation. All because you guys thought you were going to look like heros forcing out one guy you didn't like. Then there's the guys that would be stepping up and doing something, well you guys in your infinite wisdom out them on the other side of your line. When the neighborhood goes to s**t all together and non of you can even live here because of the BS you started here it's all your doing so Thanx for being morons.

Apparently many of you lookie Loos have the wrong idea. Let's go ahead and clear up misunderstandings. I am not against a POA. I'm against this POA's Board and their methods. A POA should work for and with everyone. They should operate with transparency. These guys however have a different approach. Their way is to lie to everyone about most of what's going on. They lie about residents that don't agree with their schemes. They lie to residents that ask questions they don't want to have known. The biggest lie is that they have authority over the community. The truth is you are not automatically a member. If it was not listed in the terms of sale of your property they can't make you participate in their little sham. If you'll notice their things say Fees/Donations they don't separate them into different categories because that would make it illegal. When they send out the news letter containing the Road Maintenance "Dues" to everyone listed as an owner by the County the majority just automatically assume that it's a mandatory association membership and send in money. The money is collected as a Donation unless you are officially listed as a member. I'm not against road maintenance either. It's the deceptive practices that I am against. It's the lies and insinuations used against people that don't just go along with them.
Now you know it's the idea it's the practice that I want to see go. Any questions? Anyone wanting to see proof of what I'm saying feel free to ask in comments or in private chat, I'll be happy to prove every word I've said. BTW that's not something that they will offer you. They have no desire to show any evidence of their actions. Yes I can prove that claim too.

I must have woken up in Bizarro World this morning. They were filling in pot holes. When Gilbert was moving the truck to the next place to set up, I asked him if I could get a speed bump right here! I was really half joking with him. He asked the two other board members that were helping him what they thought and low and behold there's a new speed bump right there! It's all G with me, most people drive way too fast through here anyway. It is kinda confusing however. Gilbert is just a straight up guy, played back and easy to deal with. The other two Board Member folks that were with him going along with it? Both of them have straight up lied about me, or to me and there's no love lost there. Now I'm suspicious of what their motivation was? Or there is the possibility that they are making an effort to play nice? I have tried to give them the opportunity to sit down and get things handled for a few years without any results. On that front I'm ok with civil discussions on how to mend fences. It in no way changes the fact that they are some lying A*z FAKAS but everyone should have opportunity to fix up what they F up. We discuss fence mending or hatchet burying whatever the liar debt will still get paid no matter what. Nobody gets a free pass on that BS.

54 views daily, obviously more than just the Board monitors. Time to remind everyone that a POA cannot force membership. If it was not listed in the terms of sale you are not obligated. The way the Board manipulated the truth to give people the impression that they have to play is just Pilau. Screw you liars, and screw your games.

The BSBC rumour mill is hilarious. The funniest part is the crap people will believe and spread even further.
Anyone with a working brain would have to know that if you pull a gun on someone that's a definite terroristic threat and there will be an arrest and charges filed. If the police are called and there's no arrest and no charges then obviously there was no crime or criminal only some worthless ducks that would rather call the police than try to talk about and workout their issues. The end results being they show their worthless selves as what they are when their BS just sticks to their shoes. The dipsticks that bought the BS and spread it further end up being the punchline in some comedic joke because they are nothing but punchlines to begin with.
Did you idiots not pay attention? I have told you already when you come with lies you have already failed. Still you keep the lies coming and they still fail. It's not even a nice try anymore. It's not the idiots that believe your BS that matter. It's the intelligent ones that have logical reasoning skills that are getting tired of your smoke and mirror failures. I've let it go for a long while and still have 18 views daily. So obviously it's the same people keeping tabs and not new people looking in because of comments. You guys just hoping and praying for something you can use? Keep praying, while you think your sneaky and going to get what you want, I'm busy actually compiling real s**t. Try learning from guys like Ryan, that continuously try to use lies and fail. Make all the bs. accusations and straight up lies and fail just as badly. The truth is so much better, why keep the lies going? Even more ridiculous is the attempts to use the same lie that hasn't worked yet. It doesn't keep adding up and one day will come true. Your just starting off already looking like the liar you are.
I will say I do respect the refusal to quit and swinging all the way down. I also have to think about how ready you are for me to say "My Turn"? Because it's My Turn!
