The Transitions program had a fun and educational day combining fitness, nutrition, and socialization! Participants enjoyed a Fit Drum class, where they stayed active while building coordination and having fun through music and movement. They also took part in Cooking Class 101, learning how to make egg salad while discussing healthy eating habits, nutrition, and making positive food choices. Throughout the day, individuals engaged in meaningful interactions with peers and staff, strengthening social skills, building confidence, and creating lasting connections. It was a great opportunity to learn new skills while having fun together! 💪😊✨🍽️💚

The FSS, Transitions, and Transportation teams collaborated to create a memorable day of learning, adventure, and community! A group of individuals traveled to the Niagara Power Vista, where they enjoyed an educational tour and learned how hydroelectric power is generated. After sharing lunch together, the group continued their adventure with a visit to Goat Island, taking in the beautiful scenery and making lasting memories. It was a wonderful opportunity to build friendships, explore new places, and experience something new together! 💙✨😊
