The Olean Schools Foundation is STILL accepting nominations for the Olean School District Wall of Honor!

Request for Nominations - Deadline December 31, 2025 ⬅️

It’s been said many times of OHS– the education, teachers, loyal friendships, and moral grounding all led to successful lives. Who comes to mind? 🐺💛❤️
Members of the Wall of Honor are nominated by the general public and approved by the Olean Schools Foundation.

Honorees may be:
➡️ Past Students of the Olean City School District
➡️ Past Teachers of the Olean City School District
➡️ Past Support Staff of the Olean City School District
➡️ Past Administrators of the Olean City School District
➡️ Past Board of Education Members of the Olean City School District
➡️ Special Friends of the Olean City School District

The Olean City School District Wall of Honor, located on the first floor of Olean High School, recognizes individuals whose lives, accomplishments and endeavors reflect the values and tradition of excellence fostered by the Olean City School District.

The foundation is requesting nominations for the OCSD Wall of Honor based on in-school or post-school contributions in several areas.
There is a 10 year waiting period following graduation for students. Faculty and staff – who do not necessarily need to be Olean graduates – are considered following retirement or relocation from the district.
