Congratulations to all of you! Now the real work begins!

At 4:30 there will be another list posted, that is the travel roster for who will be competing this coming Tuesday; please note all athletes who completed the course without stopping will be who attends the meets!

Just because you might not be running Tuesday does not mean you are no longer on the team, we just need to get to where we can run non-stop!

ATTENTION ALL XC PARENTS AND ATHLETES:
The list below are the runners that will traveling with me on Tuesday!

Please note: Even though you might not see your ID number on this list, you are still apart of the team! We just need to get your stamina up to excel through the courses!

To those of you that are on the travel list this week, you will still need to earn your way next week and the following weeks after that! Everyday is a competition: make the travel team!

ATTENTION CROSS COUNTRY ATHLETES AND PARENTS:

I will be posting the official team roster this afternoon at 4:05 PM TODAY!
Travel roster will be posted shortly after.

Please note, if you on the roster, you have made the team and are expected to be at practice each day and compete!

TEAM ROSTER and TRAVEL ROSTER will be two different posts. Each practice poses a competition, the travel roster will be posted by Friday of each week.
