We are officially ONE DAY AWAY from The Averi Foundation’s 6th Annual 5K Run! 🎗️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Registration begins at 7:30 AM, and the run will start at 8:00 AM. Before we begin, we will come together for a special prayer for healing and strength for all the children currently battling cancer, to remember the precious children who have gained their wings, and to pray for strength, comfort, and peace for every family affected by childhood cancer. 🙏🎗️

💛🎗️ WE ARE ONLY 3 DAYS AWAY! 🎗️💛

We are just 3 days away from The 6th Annual Averi Foundation 5K Run, and we wanted to share a little about how it all started.

Averi passed away 5 years ago, but this will be our 6th year holding the Averi 5K Run. Our very first run was held while Averi was still battling cancer. That day gave our family hope, strength, and so much love from our community during one of the hardest times of our lives.
Today, we continue this run in Averi’s memory and to help other children and families who are facing the same battle. We know firsthand how difficult childhood cancer can be, and through The Averi Foundation, we want these families to know they are not fighting alone.
September will always be special to us. It is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️, and it is also Averi’s birthday month. 💕
Five years later, her beautiful legacy continues to make a difference.

As long as we are able, we will continue running for Averi. We will continue helping children battling cancer. And we will continue carrying on her legacy.
💛 Their fight is our fight. 🎗️

I am pleased to announce that I have received the link to the latest song and video tribute to our beloved Averi, which has been a labor of love spanning the past year. I am delighted to share this video with everyone, and despite the painful memories it evokes from losing my cherished daughter, I am relieved that the project is finally complete. Special Thanks to the composer Cain Cordova, Jacqueline Wallace for her beautiful voice and the videographer and musician that helped in this project.
